Yikes! I just downloaded that plan and started by myself, due to being between start dates; Ju-Ju’s videos are all on YouTube and you can subscribe, so you can find them easily when you need to. Hope I’m not wildly off-protocol by doing this, but it seems to be working very well 👍

No - that’s fine, and is what most of us do. It’s a “rolling start”, so anyone can just start when they’re ready. You can post under each weekly post once the next plan starts, to get support from others, whatever week you are upto. 😊❤️
