🍏What is next?

As I say goodbye 👋 for a wee while to running and to posting here, I am aware that new adventures await. I cannot run in the short term as I face surgery & recovery but I can look ahead and plan what happens next.

You may have just completed HU10 or a 5k race… and living in the happy aftermath but what’s next? As  MissUnderstanding states never quit Questing! Goals are so important to us as runners to keep us motivated and moving! Maybe it’s to do something simple like a sensory run, a new route, a new playlist or to “run naked.” Maybe you want to move on to a HM distance, or run in a charity race or…… it’s all in the thinking and planning!

I look forward to spotting your new running dreams & schemes. Be bold, be brave.. keep running!! See you soon! 🙌

Oh Annieapple, I do hope what you are facing is not too arduous...and your running memories will carry you along. I am now on the IC after a fall yesterday leaving me with a badly sprained ankle, but I will still pop in here. It helps me remember I am a runner even if I can't run..up t you of course if you don't feel that's for you, but just a thought...

good luck Annieapple - hope all goes well and you can use the summer months to recover in the sunshine. Maybe follow a snoozy cat’s summer regime - dozing in warm spots and gentle stretches occasionally just to reassure everyone you are still alive.
