Thankyou Dexy5, it was a great run, actually enjoyed the rain too. Been out running today and managed 8 miles, mostly in the sun which was nice. Hope you are enjoying your running too.

I’ve just had a 2 week break on the IC following a fall, but am looking forward to getting out there again tomorrow . I have missed it.
