Made a start

Have made a start on 5k to 10k. Week 1 run 2 completed. Downloaded an app which is similar style to c25k and very helpful I find. Yogi dog is enjoying it of course.

Well done... take it steadily... as a fairly new Graduate, the legs still need building up :) Lots of consolidation runs are great after Graduation and with new routes thrown in too :) Have you had a look at the pinned Consolidation and Continuation Post too :)

Good luck Lindy and Yogi! You'll be surprised at what you can do - build up slowly and keep learning as you run. Won't be long before a 5k Parkrun is a 'trot round' 😃🤜
