First ever week running 3 X 5K and indoors too in the hot stuffy gym! Still not flying along but managed to knock a couple of mins off my time! I’m actually letting myself believe that I’m making progress now which really excites me oh and I’m also beginning to see a little weight loss too which pleases me immensely and fills me with further encouragement 😃.
