I think I actually managed to run faster in the last 4K of this cheeky little lunchtime 5k - probably because I forgot about the hill on the speed interval I had planned for the middle of the run, which I had to go up twice. Actually I could have avoided the hill and taken the lower track, but I just seem to be drawn uphill somehow π

Thanks - Iβm pretty pleased with that time and I was supposed to be doing speed intervals. It would have been quicker without that hill. Twice! I like hills I think π
Fantastic pace. You have really come along nicely lately. I lived in toy town for a year but don't recall a hill to be fair. I guess there is a bit of a mound in the nature park bit, was that where you meant? Actually now I think on it, that would be quite a useful little lump for running round. I do yoga on occasion in Camborne so could do a run before it.
Thanks for the feedback - itβs good to hear that Iβm making progress! Yes itβs not really a hill but itβs certainly noticeable when your trying to sprint up it. If you ran round it a few times youβll probably be glad of a lie downπ
Brilliant run and fab time MadDave ! ππππββοΈ
