So after the weekend illness it was back to work today and i was sitting at my desk thinking, shall I?, should I?, go for a run that is.

In the end despite being tired I decided to go out as soon as I got home. The first 3k felt ok but then fatigue set in and the rest was a real grind, particularly the last 2k.

However I kept going and am pleased to have got my first October run on the board.

On a completely separate note massive congratulations to Sir Mo for winning the Chicago marathon at the weekend, another epic performance.

Run happy, run safe.
