Running 30 km a week(2x 15km sessions) as per medical advice. Diabetes control has been fantastic.

Greater distances meant more muscle weakness. On a stabilizing diet and exercise sessions 3 days a week that is helping me in overall improvement.

Guess this is where I need to hold on for some time.

:))

Seems odd medical advice. But you give so little detail, i'm not sure if you are asking for comment :)

Thanks for the reply.

The doctor who takes care of my diabetes treatment was impressed with my HBA1C which has been between 6 and 6.5 for some time now. My issue was pertaining to the pain in my elbows and back. After a thorough examination, he recommended to increase my muscle mass and go slow with long distance running for some months.
