When I run I wear a This Girl Can t-shirt that is brilliant because it is long in the front so it hides my belly and scooped even lower at the back just under the part where my bum joins my legs (if you know what I mean). It is loose so the whole world doesn't have to see my flab wobbling as I run. I've quite self conscious so this top is perfect but the wearing and washing 3 times a week is concerning me. Does anyone have any recommendations for a top suitable for running that doesn't have to be squeezed over a fat tummy, hips and bum?!

Running tops for a fuller figure
I’m tall and struggle to find nice long tops! Last weekend I was on a mission to find some new long sleeved ones for the cooler weather and I found the men’s ones were better!! Longer and looser!! One was from mountain warehouse other from Sports Direct!
I've got lovely long vests from fat face (Athleisure range!! ) that cover everything but I am also struggling to find t shirts or long sleeve tips that are long enough in the body. So I wear a vest under my t shirt although it can be a bit hot. I've tried mens but they still seem tight around my hips! 😁😁👟👟
Cycling stuff can be good as that definitely dips at the back and with a bit of silicone to stop it riding up. Not cheap though unless you find offers.
Tesco does them. They have “burnout” ones which let the breeze through as well as being generous
I always go for the layers - something tight and squeezy underneath to hold it in place - over the obvious impossible to get into / out of sorts bra; then a looser t shirt or long sleeve top over the top. Dark underneath and a translucent top layer works wonder in creating the illusion of toned curves
M&S did a great double layer vest and t shirt combo over the summer, and I’ve used the to t shirt over different vests successfully.
