5K obstacle run in the sun🤣

Tried an afternoon run today, 5K along the esplanade what a difference from the sunrise run, apart from the increased temperature the number of cycles, pedal cars & mobility scooters you have to weave around makes it harder.

I notice it's still summer where you are Crib, I assume that is the South of England, where I am in Scotland its Autumn and has been a lovely day, big difference in temperature 19"c compared to 12c where I am. You are certainly correct, doing your runs early on is far better than running them along the obstacle course you described running in the afternoon.
