Summer's over so I've retreated from Blighty for a couple of weeks to Loris about a bit in the sunshine. Did 5K along the beach this morning with some slow jog intervals between brisker sections. I had visions of a new PB but at the end it was just Loris like.
Consoled myself with a day on the beach followed by a cold beer whilst sparing a thought for those poor Canucks with their early snowfall.
