No luck with NHS Physiotherapist but after many weeks of only 10,000 steps a day and no running...my knee no longer twangs so viciously.

Hopefully I’ll be able to start some strengthening exercises soon and then onto running.

I’ve got a brand new pair of running shoes waiting to get some use 🙃

Oh sounds like you're slowly but surely healing. Hope you continue and are back in those shoes soon Happy 🤞😊

It can’t be easy on the IC HappyNoodle but it’s good that you are able to get out and walk still. Slowly but surely you will get there. 🚶‍♀️🏃‍♀️
