Started running in April, graduated end of May. Ran on my own all summer, reached goals and distances up to 7 miles, now joined another running club, meeting great new inspiring people, even though Im way behind their standards they have welcomed me and encourage me. Would encourage anyone fit enough to run to just do it.

Well Done Agelesslass, I’m going to do the same once I’ve finished juju’s magic plan. Isn’t it great, so many benefits to this running lark.

I've always run on my own, but really enjoyed park run on Saturday which was my first run with others. Made me think maybe I should join a running club too

Really glad to hear that you have now joined a running club where the folk are welcoming and encouraging. 😊 It sounds like it is suiting you much more than the first one.
