Long Run

β€’18 Replies

Up and out for 6.30 just about daylight.. time for long run ..target 9 miles.. result 9.2 ish miles. Longest run again to date and a slightly better average pace ..

A good run.felt really good.. legs are feeling it now though. Only sitting still to write this..

Could have carried on abit to get 10 miles but saving that for another day, sticking to my plan ..it works for me ..

Good times 😁😁

Very well done Not_So_Slow_Rob. That's a long old run and you're absolutely right to stick to your plan. Patience and planning pay dividends in the end. πŸ‘

Great run Rob! I see you are just up the road from me πŸ˜ƒ I would say maybe we should have a run together one day, but 9 miles would kill me!! Hehe!

Yay! Fantastic run Rob! We are both cranking up the distance - I did my first 10 mile run in over a year, last weekend. Loved the run but I could never have achieved it so early in the morning! Enjoy your weekend.πŸ™‚
