I graduated a few weeks ago and have gradually increased my distance to 6k. Feel great when I’m running but have pain in my left groin afterwards and it even hurts to cross my legs.
Have been resting for a week now but doesn’t seem to be improving and I’m missing running.
Any suggestions?

Just keep resting Heidi, if the soreness doesn't go away perhaps see your doctor. I had a sore groin last year, it gradually improved but did put me off thinking about starting C25K for over 4 months, the winter weather helped put off starting C25K as well, hopefully soon your groin will no longer be sore and you can resume your 🏃 running.
Could be your hip adducters (the inner part of the thigh that controls hip movements from the inside of the leg).
Wait for the pain to reduce and try stretches that help to open hips to exercise those areas to get them stronger and less tight. It might be that your body isn't quite ready for the distance just yet (as I've discovered myself) so before you end up with a long break reduce back to where you were or even slightly less so you don't miss out on all runs 👍
Great stretches are "pigeon pose" try "seated pigeon" to start with if it looks too uncomfortable, 90/90 stretch, figure 4, either standing or on your back.
If it's an option for you go for a sports massage, it will help a lot and they will help pinpoint the cause too 👍
