Week 5 and humidity

Planned 8K run of week 5 today. Where did the cooler weather go? 19C and what felt like 100% humidity (just 88% when I checked the met office app 😱). Managed 6K in a decent time but couldn’t persuade myself to keep going for another lap of the lake. I’ll have to wait until next week for another long run. Plan to run in the dark for the first time on Wednesday, I can’t believe how weekly the light mornings are disappearing.
