Fear not Ruby ! Our ju ju has just the thing. She has a great 10k plan which is easy to follow and you can just pin it up on your fridge or just read it from this forum. It is set out week by week and so easy to follow.

Why not have a look or post a message to ju ju and she will help.

Hope this works for you. Happy running 👏👏🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🤗

Congratulations Ruby on completing C25K, you now will have Graduate on the right side of your username, as for the 10K plan, Peggy59 has told you exactly what to do.

Congratulations Ruby and welcome to big school . I’m on juju’s magic plan which you can view in the pinned posts. But it’s important that you do a few weeks of consolidation before you try extending your time and distance so that your body gets used to running . If you posted your graduation, you should have received a link to advice on how you can do this. Happy running 🏃‍♀️

If you look at the pinned posts we have a 10k plan you are most welcome to follow. There are also other options and plans. You may prefer to do your own thing my increasing your weekly long run by a bit each week..... good luck and enjoy

People love Ju-ju,s plan but I would encourage you to consolidate your 5k distance for a few weeks before pushing for longer distance. You’ll build stronger legs which you’ll need if you want to avoid injury.

Good luck with your running.
