Does anyone else object to being nagged to take a Needs Assessment on this forum? In the end I took it. And answered 'no' to every question. Then it was stumped, and offered a multiple choice question with no options - blank, totally blank, and no way to continue - it forces you to want some sort of support. What a waste of money!
