Not today after all.

Morning all! Well I know I posted I’d be out this morning etc. But I’m afraid I won’t be out after all. Woke up with headache and feeling sickly. I think I was perhaps too eager to get back out there. Ah well! There’s always next week.☹️☹️

Thank you sweetheart but I went on my treadmill. It wasn’t too bad although I’ve still have the headache ha! I think I’m just an old crock today 🤣🤣🤣. By the way Flick I read your post and I think you are doing brilliantly and you’ll do great on your 10k run. I have great faith in you .

Yikes Peggy! I just read your previous post about what happened. That sounds really painful and looks it too 😩

Rest up and don't even think about exercise until the headache is gone.

Shop online instead 😏
