It took me so long to work out what happened here! My autocorrect made tofu into Tory yesterday. Bizzare!

If you do want an app there are a couple suggested on the C25K FAQ 'What's next' - if you head to the FAQ in the pinned posts on the C25K forum. Otherwise, another vote for making an appointment to start ju-ju-'s plan :)

Hi Clare and welcome. You’ve come to the right place. As mentioned, 10 is the magic number is an excellent plan, but before you begin that or any other programme, the usual advice is to consolidate your 30 minute or 5k runs for a little while, even if only a couple of weeks. Good luck x
