Hi all I recently graduated from the 5 k programme and ran 6 K in 32 minutes in my final week 9 run. I'm now obviously keen to progress so any tips for the 10 k programme? Thanks

Congratulations! Are you planning on following ju-ju’s 10k plan on here? It is very manageable. My only tips would be to slow your pace right down on the longer runs. This is all about distance, not speed. Also, I refused to allow myself to overthink/dwell on the longer runs - just went out there and steadily chipped away at the kms. 😁 I actually found B210K easier than C25K! Enjoy.

Thanks Sadie. That's good advice about just plodding through the distance. I got a bit carried away on C25K with my times.
