There’s something about the food at the seaside that makes me need to run. All those fish & chips, ice cream and the rest.

This is a hard climb up from the pier to the aptly named ‘rest and be thankful’ cafe, followed by a long 3k+ downhill run - a rare opportunity to practice form, posture & speed.

Really enjoyed my runs around Llandudno- I’ll miss these hills!
