So a final steady 10k today more or less at the pace I hope to do the run in on Sunday.

Asthma and legs both felt ok after about 3km and the new shoes were a dream.

A couple of rounds of golf planned for Thursday and Friday to keep the legs moving, a trip to Newcastle Quayside on Saturday to watch the junior races and then the big day.
