Not posted for a while as absorbing being a graduate for 5k and trying to up my distance to actually run5k which I have now achieved π
I usually run early mornings before work (5.30) and this morning after getting ready to.go out I opened the door to a full downpour ββso I went and got a cap and my high Viz vest as it was dark and started my warm up!!
Although it was ok running and.cooling to the body which was pleasant I decided after 3.5k that was it for today as was rather wet by then!
Am still amazed that I have kept.running three times a week and now want to push myself further to train to run the 10k possibly. Are there any suggested apps for this as there seem to be quite a few?
Got my first Fitbit last weekend too so now I can see all.my steps for the day without having to take.my phone everywhere with meπ
It's quite addictive this running malarkey πββοΈ
