At last a really nice run with no back ache😀

Out of the grave yard and back out into the country lanes crunching acorns under foot.

If run keeper is accurate I ran my furthest distance ,6K in just under 30 mins, I ran my fastest 5k as well. Im going to start the 10K plan once Ive had my hip injected next week .

I did try and slow down and am going to have to learn to pace myself but today was all about the joy of running 😀

😂 its one of those routes that has a small hill then I turn round and its quick coming back down, I know I’m going too quickly cos I probably couldn’t chat if anyone else was around other than a field of cows and the bin men !!!
