Hiya, I have been running now for 8 months without any trouble, but recently I have been experiencing pain in my lower left leg. I have a metal pin inside this leg which is fused to the bone therefore unable to be removed (I tried 2 years ago!). Does anyone else have any metal work in their legs & have similar pain, could you recommend anything. I'm stretching before and after but still the pain persists.
