Lovey park run this morning. Had no one to go with, so took more discipline to drag myself out and get ready.
Last night we had a boys curry night - lots of spicy food, lots of beer.....
Running 5k after a curry night is 1) not easy & 2) appears to have given me a new PB! (Strangely) 😂 💨 💨 Official times to follow but Strava appears to like a Dansak!
No real niggles, few grumbles but otherwise ok!

Yeah - not really sure what happened.... there was a little app glitch when I tried to update for my recorded time.... then I couldn’t find either post, then I could only find one.... so I thought I’d been imagining it!!
