Has anyone here used this. I’m sat here bored so I ended up letting google take the lead πŸ˜‚ Just wondering whether anyone can vouch for its benefits or is it more placebo?

It is the only thing that kept me walking while waiting for my orthotics. I had to strap my feet up with it for anything over 5km, walk or run.

Wow! Do you still use it if you get a bit sore or tender?

I got my orthotics on Monday so I am hoping I don’t need the tape anymore. I think there is quite a science to how to use it. I know if I pulled it too tight my feet were even worse, so it all about getting the tension right as well as correct placement.

My massage therapist has used it on me a few times. It has certainly seemed to help, how much is psychological I'm not sure though. When she explains it, it makes perfect sense πŸ‘πŸ˜

Interesting. I might get some to experiment with. My knees have just started playing up the last two weeks. 😣

There's an art to it but I would think it's worth a try! πŸ€žπŸ‘

My physio strapped my back up when I had a disc problem last year. It's main purpose in my case, was to make me more aware of my movement and prevent me from bending too much while it settled down! It did help. Not used it for anything else.πŸ™‚
