Exactly. You progress onto more and more running gear and it enriches you. It’s the bridge to nirvana, to total enrichment of your life. Before you know it, you are slipping into your Lycra as you pop out Sainsbury’s. Those of us with bling (which will hopefully be me soon) can also embellish the effect with their medals. There is no end to the possibilities for enhancement 😌

Ermmm, James, in case you do come back, I just noticed this is down as your first ever post, so I’m not sure if you’ve joined us after graduating the Couch to 5km running programme or not? Just to check, you do know this is a running forum to help people who can run 5km to expand to running 10km?

It occurs to me that if you just saw the forum name then you might think we were business entrepreneurs who were aiming to make £10K... if that is the case then I sadly fear you are going to be very disappointed...😳❤️
