Went for a run along the coast this morning at 6.30 this morning and watched the sun rise over the ocean as I sweated my bum off . I fully intended on doing more than 5k this time but I ran out of water at the 5k mark and had to stagger back the way I came. It was 25degrees before the sun came up😳. Fell through the front door looking like someone had chucked a nugget of water over me. Jumped in the pool and almost forgot to take my phone off my arm 😬.

It was 37 degrees yesterday. It’s gone way past mental into a whole new category😁. Mind you glad I’m not a few miles west it’s hitting the 40’s there.

No Torrevieja 😁 but a few miles up the coast it hit 40 yesterday . Nice 31 today though.
