1st 8k!!

Last weekend I amazed myself that I could run 7k. With a 5k and a 4k run in the week, this morning it was time for my first attempt at running 8k. I DID IT!! And loved it! I’m definitely enjoying these longer runs... 10k is in sight!! Also loving my Garmin forerunner 35 too! Happy running everyone 😊
