I'm in to week 2 on this site and I'm enjoying it very much.
You can do 5k so I think 10k will not be beyond the realms of a possibility.
Follow Ju Ju's plan and you'll be there before you know it.
Good luck 🍀 and keep us posted. ☺️👍

Fun though 👍😃
Yes you will! Just consolidate your 5ks for a while, then start to gradually increase distance. If/when you feel ready, ju-ju- has a wonderful 10k plan that gets you there in 8 weeks or less and is a lot of fun.
just seen you graduated 3 months ago. You should certainly be ready for ju-ju- 's 10k plan, or another if you prefer. i think I reached 10k 3 months after graduating from c25k. Just take it easy and increase slowly and you will do it x

Hi, nice to see your post. I think you can do it. I'm sort of on Juju's 10k plan but taking my time ( way longer than 8 weeks!) and enjoying learning how to be a stronger runner.
I've no idea what a colour dash is though ...sounds messy......is it when you put a red T-shirt in with the whites?!!!!
thanks for the advice slowly slowly catchee monkey ! do feel i could run further but really need a device to measure my travels on other runs .Dont own a smart phone and probably not smart enough to use one :0

Hi skeenie, I graduated in May and am just enjoying running 3 times a week. I may look at going further one day but certainly not until I’m doing 3x5k a week. There are some good watches with gps which measure your distance plus lots of other good info but it helps if you have a pc as well. You don’t really need to use a smart phone. I have a Garmin 35 and love it.
Does a Garmin Watch work without a smart phone connection then ? I have a laptop and only a 3G android phone that is very limited in its apps
