Quick run on holiday

Afternoon my running family,

Brought my running shoes on holiday with me to Spain 😊 when for a nice run along the sea front this morning and ran my best 5k time...... 25:48 😊 now looking forward to my first ever beach run on Sunday 😊

Well done. Fabulous achievement. The reports of the temperatures in Spain are scary hope you weren't running in extreme heat.
