Too nice not to

So this morning thought I'd go for an out and back run through a nice local village and planned on doing about 6k.

Thing was when I got to 3k I thought I could go a bit further before I turned back. Was at about 4k when I took this picture and it just seemed far too nice not to push on a bit more ...

At 5k the decision was an out and back 10k or a circular route - and I opted for the latter.

A gentle 10k, lovely surroundings and a whodunit radio drama that lasted the whole way.

A perfect start to a day!
