I managed a 10k on Monday and then a 5 on Wednesday, so due to run this morning. It was nice and sunny but cool, so went over to the woods and it was so much fun, did another 10k! I know that was a little naughty but recently had been struggling with stinging calves and felt so much better today, decided to squeeze in a little extra fun, will I regret it? Life has been a bit of a turmoil lately so just wanted to do something to distract myself 😀 - by the way, I have so many running photos, any excuse to stop and get my breath back LOL!!
