Nice to do run.

Today I'm running around Seacroft in Leeds. Unfortunately it's the industrial area so not a lot to talk about. Nice and flat so I got a bit of pace on. We'll I like to think so! ☺️👍.

Nice run for you Gazloc, at first when I read it quickly it said 'seafront' not Seacroft, yes it's nice to run in the flat and not up hills even if the area is not all that scenic like an industrial area. Good time for a 4k.
