Hi, I've just completed W9R3, not sure how yet! I don't want to let all that hard work go to waste and so I'm here. Hope this will inspire me to continue and improve. 😀

Hi there.. congratulations and well done... Welcome
The name of the game now is consolidation
Building up what C25K started.. and it i fun... different routes, distances and plenty of 30 mins thrown in there...
Then many of us used and still use the C25K + podcasts.. they are terrific fun and challenging, and really helpful..but I would leave that until you have had a couple weeks consolidation..( that is just my way though)
Then maybe take a peek at IannodaTruffe 's post.. what next

Great work and welcome to the graduation club
I completed c25k in January and went on to reach 10k (something I thought impossible). I try to go running 3 times a week and do at least 5k each time and at least one 10k a month. It is amazing how much my health and stamina have improved since taking this up and I can't imagine not running now.
Ju-ju's bridge to 10k plan on here is a great way to get to the 10k goal.

Well done on graduation
👏🏅🏆🍾🥂
Enjoy the celebrations and then like Oldfloss advises just take 3 weeks to consolidate before increasing time and distance. Then if you want to go further start increasing one run a week by 10% ie 33 mins, 36 mins etc. You are now a runner
