Well here are my answers to the questions
A little about me. I came to running after my Mum died, I had a choice either back to booze and fags or try something different. I decided I wanted to try a Triathlon by the time I was 50.
I have been running five years now.
I started with another program but didn’t do very well so found this forum and the podcasts and the rest as they say is history
After my triathlon I wasent going to do races but I read a post by a certain panther ju-ju- about her first HM and I was so inspired I wanted to do that sort of thing as well so I put in for my first HM.
Running in my area is strange I live on the top of a hill so all my runs end with an uphill run.
Hackney half marathon. I love that event. The atmosphere is amazing and the crowds are great.
Mid race snack is dried mango and post race is Pret hot chocolate and almond croissant. I love them.
Decathlon. Most of my gear comes from there and I could spend all my pocket money there
Not sure, hopefully I will know more tomorrow as I have a podiatrist appointment tomorrow and I am just hoping he won’t bench me.
