Let normality resume....

Good afternoon lovely runners....

As some of you know, I had a ‘not so great’ run on Monday...which would’ve been W4R1 of ju-ju- ’s plan...the heat, the legs...nothing was working together & so the run was abandoned and much stomping followed...

This morning, however, on the memories on one of the apps on my phone, this popped up! A year later & I’m well on my way to 10k...this morning, the bad run became a good run...the weather was kind to me & as much as I love the sun, the clouds were holding it back for me...so I completed W4R1 4K, nice and steady, a comfortable run...& instead of worrying & convincing myself that I wasn’t going to make it, I took in the scenery, said morning to everyone I passed with a smile. Thank you for all your encouragement on Monday, I took you all with me & your smiles carried me along...normality has resumed & im back to my happy running place xxx
