I’m from a mining village originally. A village called Seaton Burn,towards Morpeth,Ashington,Seahouses. I’m half Scots myself ,my grandfather,me mams father was a Turnbull.We are very proud of our Turnbull Tartan.

When I worked out in the Gulf in the 70’s we had a holiday home in Beadnell and later Seahouses.

I know Northumberland and of course Seaton Burn.Beautiful county.

I was of course an intelouper.

My wife’s uncle owned Lewis Fish Restruant for years. Passed now of course.

My grandparents would take me and my brother and mammy to Seahouses for holidays. We would have fish and chips done in beef dripping from Lewis’s ! What a blast from the past. It is a small world in deed!😋😀😀
