Wow, that was a quick one, best 7k

So I didn't get out quite as early as I wanted this morning, it was about 9.30, already humid but at least the sun had not yet broken through the cloud cover.

I immediately managed to find a happy pace today and the breathing felt good. I was experimenting taking longer strides and it definitely worked.

To cut a long story short it was 7k at an average split of 6.13 and an overall time of 43 and a bit minutes.

It was my best overall pace for any run including shorter ones so very very happy with that.

Now off to the garden centre and to enjoy another sunny afternoon.

I was sweating buckets by halfway but glad I went out in the morning, it's ridiculously humid here now.
