Wow it's warm out there! Up and out by 8:15 but should have gone earlier. Really pleased to have completed it though and got a PR for the 5k element of it, as well as a number of PRs for Strava segments along the way. Still loving my running and hope everyone is taking care in this heat xxx

Thanks Rip. Couldn’t have kept going the way you did!! You’ve smashed 10k already 💪🏻There are a couple of nasty inclines close to home (that’s what comes of living in the Welsh Valleys) and they get me every time!! But I’m determined to get to 10k in a few weeks - I just need to go further on the outward leg- once I hit the incline it’s as much as I can do to stagger home 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️
oh wow! Well done - just did mine but I knew I had to go much slower to make sure I got to the end, so my personal record was slowest 5K today! You'll hit that 10K in no time!
Fantastic Beth, and very much agree with the “silent u-boat” comparison, where did that run come from! You are going to smash the Cardiff 10k. Very well done indeed.

I’m just starting out on my B210K journey. Completed week 1 last week but can’t even contemplate doing anywhere near 8K yet. 😳
Hopefully it’ll all come together over the next few weeks. 🙂 I’ll just put my trust in JuJu and her wonderful plan. It’s been good to me so far so no reason to think that won’t continue 👍
