Wow what a morning.Almost didn't get out of bed as drunken Russians ( or possibly Croations) bellowing through the night after a football party, this meant I only had about 5hours sleep.
But did it! Up and out at 7pm.Planned a new 7k route.Very very slow careful jogging , got a bit lost in a cow field , found paths overgrown and almost lacerated legs in cornfield, so quite a bit of walking and stepping over brambles and nettles...but did 8.5 k in total- took an hour and ten.More of a ramble or could say runble.Feeling good though.
Great seeing how many others were out today.Enjoy the glow fellow runners.x

Well done. Great to get out and explore isnβt it. I ran through ripe barley (on the footpath of course) on Friday and was happy to see it in allβs itβs golden glory. I am going there later and I bet it will be all safely gathered in. Fab innit. Enjoy it while you may !ππ
Yes my footpath plotting was fun even though it threw up some challenges literally trying to put one foot in front of another became impossible at times...still they will be nice paths in the autumn/ winter.Have good Sunday!
Great stuff Empem one of the great things about this community is that although I always run by myself I know I am never alone, because there are always lots of us up and about doing the same thing
