I graduated on 18th may but my son gave me his newer iPhone and couch25 didn’t transfer over. I’ve downloaded the app again and repeated week 9 about 3 times. Could I be marked as a graduate ? Jan Clifford

The program is an honour system. We were giving out badges long before the app was made so if you say you have done it by all means go to the graduation link on the C25k page and request it. Well done.

Thanks I’ll go and try it. Just wished I could say it was getting easier but struggling at the moment in this heat 😳

Yes I missed Jo Whiley when I finally let her go to join the new c25k trainees. Have you tried a local Parkrun yet, that could help your motivation
