Well done! Have you thought about consolidating for a little while before starting the B210K? Get into a routine and run for 30 minutes three times a week for a few weeks and then start the programme.

Regardless, it's very hot out there so an extra well done to you.

I had but work and lifemean I can't always do one day on one off sometimes I had to have 2 or 3 rest days plus I'm not particularly organised so having a structured program I can tick off has been fantastic I can come back and pick up where I left off

That's basically what I've found works for me.So I'm following Juju's plan that Ripcurlrana gave you, but to my own schedule.( 'Week 3' starts on the next run where ever I am in the week) Occasionally I hope to fit three runs in seven day periods but it hasn't worked out like that yet and I've found I need longer recovery.Either way this is a great experience and a new found joy!

It’s Ju-ju’s 10K plan which is not an app. Check it out under pinned post : ‘10 is the magic number’. It’s an 8 week plan. It’s very good!

I would recommend though - unless you’re running 5k’s easily it’s best to consolidate for a few weeks first. You don’t want to do too much to soon. 😊
