Ok so tomorrow is 6k day run 3 week 2.Feeling good after a four day recovery having pushed myself, read enjoyed myself too much, getting a 33min 5k last Thursday.I'm planning a new route which I can cycle to with track & grass conditions most of the way and quite a bit of shade.Hope I can get up as nights are restless.Thank you for the updates about running in the high temperatures.
