Didn't get out the door until 9:30 and man was it hot. Looked for every bit of shade I could find and had Slinky Steve on to pace my run. I listened to the beat and ran slower but it was just too hot. Managed to keep going for 8km and decided that was enough. My weekday runs are at 6:00 when it is definitely cooler.

Oh dear! But well done on your 6k. If I cannot get out before 6am in this weather, then just I cannot go, as I cannot cope with the heat! I was so red when I got in from my early run this morning. x
