Here we go again, back doing week 3 . . . 3.5k done Sunday and an early 6.30am start to do 5k this morning before it got too warm. Early mornings are certainly the best for me, it was just the perfect temperature this morning it made getting up at 6am worth it. 7k planned for either Thursday or Friday. Fingers crossed no more arthritis / injury problems.

Very well done you.

Got a plan and stay injury free.

Thank you for posting foot stretches video some weeks ago.

I do not need them yet, but good to know they exist.

Atb.

I would certainly recommend the lacrosse massage ball too for feet, £6 well spent I think... I've found it really useful, now lives permanently on the floor under my desk :)

Great to read you're back and doing well. Good luck with the 7k. I know the feeling, don't want that IC again. Take good care :) :)
