Since completing the 0 2 5k about three weeks ago I have been out about four times a week including park runs ! I have knocked a minute and a half off the first one ! Pleased with myself but yesterday I decided a longer run along the canal ! Sadly the path was very overgrown lots of nettle jumping ! Some beautiful dragon flies but I tripped over a root and face planted the path ! So now have bruised knee ! Park run again tomorrow !
