It’s been ages since I posted but have been cheering everyone on and been so excited by everyone’s runs... amazing runs... hot runs... rainy runs... happy runs... even those bit rubbish runs were fabulous runs for me.
It’s been nearly 8 weeks since I fell in a rather spectacular fashion which stopped traffic and landed me in a walking boot and on crutches. But this week I did a Tip-toe!!!! I know that may not seem much but to me it is just amazing!!!!! I did a tip-toe !!!!!! So excited that I am on my way back.... a tip toe!!!! 😀😀😀😀

Fantastic news! Watch out world, wimborne is on her way! 💪🤸🎊🎉🎆👣👣🐾🐾 Looks like you're taking the dog with you 😁. Have you been given a timeframe for recovery?
Thank you 😊 I never thought doing a tip toe could mean so much.... I am doing tip toes wherever I go. In tescos, petrol station, even brushing my teeth.... I am in tip toe heaven 😂. Not sure about timeframes yet but I am getting closer every day to that first wobbly run.... it won’t be long and it won’t be Pacey but it will be a run even if it’s for 30seconds....
Brilliant! Being stuck on the injury couch can be so frustrating - those little steps back feel so important! Keep the faith- you will be back out there soon.🙂
The most wonderful tip-toe in the world Wimborne! ❤️❤️❤️ There is light at the end of the tunnel for you now, and that’s such great news! 👏👏👏
Can’t wait until you’re up and running again and we can come to visit your local PR with you! Remember, just say the word ......... 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
I know it was just brilliant!!! Tip toeing all over the world this week 😂. Just think in a few weeks I may even be bouncing on tip toes,,,.. can’t wait for our next run run,... and I still have the seven bridge 10k in my sights for next year ❤️
Oh MG it’s the ligaments which have caused most of the problems for me not only in ankle but up my leg too. Seems to be taking forever to heal this time and so painful 😣
Midnight and driving back from Gatwick. A lovely time thanks. It must have been so difficult for you and you remain so cheerful on the forum. I hope your family have been running around after you.
